I love photography art because it lets you frame moments, shape emotion, and balance light, shadow, and perspective creatively.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!

Receive Text UpdatesMy favorite art to create is photography because it naturally blends balance, perception, and timing. Like the number 5—often seen as a symbol of harmony—it brings together key elements: subject, light, perspective, timing, and composition. Photography also aligns with human perception (like the five senses) and gives instant visual feedback, making it intuitive and satisfying.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration emerges where five forces converge—environment, people, light, emotion, and time. Wander through shifting landscapes and quiet streets, study visionaries like Ansel Adams, and drift through endless frames. But the truest spark lives within your own moments—fleeting, personal, waiting to be captured before they fade.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning $25,000 isn’t just a prize—it’s a turning point. I would split it into five paths: elevate my vision with new gear, chase light in distant places all over the world, open up my own studio that I've been planning for years, deepen my craft through learning, and anchor myself with stability. One moment, unfolding into five futures.
