To explore color, texture, and play finding beauty in the everyday and inviting others to see the world with wonder and curiosity
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My process is guided by instinct—blending vibrant hues and organic forms to spark curiosity and wonder. Through my art, I hope to invite others to see the familiar in fresh, imaginative ways, as if through the eyes of a child.
Where do you find inspiration?I'm a self-taught artist who finds joy in exploring color, texture, and the playful rhythms of nature. With a background in teaching and a love for creative experimentation, I work with acrylic, gouache, and recycled materials to craft pieces that feel spontaneous and alive.
What would you do with $25,000?As a self-taught artist and educator with over a decade in early childhood and Montessori-inspired programs, I’ve dedicated my work to nurturing creativity. If I won, I’d use the funds to open a creative art house for children—a space rooted in exploration, imagination, and hands-on learning. This dream is my way of giving back to the community, offering a place where children can create freely, feel inspired, and experience the joy of art.
