I create. My mind sees something and I have to make it or I can’t let it go. It can be ugly or it can be beautiful. I leave that up to you.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
That is a difficult question because I sincerely enjoy the creative process for every piece I make. However, if I absolutely had to pick a favourite, it would have to be acrylic pour painting on canvas.
Where do you find inspiration? For me it seems to be ths opposite. Inspiration finds me. I see something that i can create with (canvas, broken toys, picture frames, old wood etc) and suddenly in my minds eye I can envision something new or different to create with it. It may not always turn out that way, but it's how all my art begins.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use that money to make my dream Art-Shed Studio in my backyard and stock it with every supply I could ever need. And I would use the remainder to promote my art online and try to make it as a professional artist instead of it being my own personal passion. I want to share it with everyone.
