Old school Chicano style art using pencils & ballpoint pens. Which includes creating flowers, custom script lettering and lowrider culture. Also black & gray tattoos. Especially using single-needle cartridges. There's nothing like fine line art on skin
Where do you find inspiration? From my community in San Francisco's Mission District which is enriched with Latino roots, heritage & lowrider culture. Also my family and love ones who inspire me, give me strength & confidence to continue to create
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in myself by purchasing more art supplies and possibly renting out a space to comfortably work out of. I would also give my daughter a part of it to help her in her next steps, as she is ready to graduate with her Master's degree in family therapy this month, with whatever she needs to get her career started. Lastly, I would give back to the community and help youn art students with art supplies and resources to learn & to create with an opportunity that wasn't provided for them.
