My favorite type of art to create is Armenian miniature painting because it is very special to me—it is a reflection of my culture and identity.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in Armenian manuscript books. I worked as a book restorer at the Matenadaran, where I first discovered Armenian miniature painting and was deeply inspired by our ancient manuscripts and miniaturists.
What would you do with $25,000?If I were given $25,000, I would use it to open my own art studio. In this space, I would teach Armenian children and help them connect more closely with their cultural heritage. I would focus on teaching Armenian miniature painting, sharing the traditions I learned in Armenia and passing them on to the next generation.
