Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration throughout my travels, whether I’m flying across provinces in Canada or simply taking an evening walk. I’m drawn to nature and the quiet ways it reflects in everything we do. The patterns and colours it offers feel both subtle and constant, becoming a steady source of inspiration in my work. My earlier work also continues to guide me, pushing me to keep creating and evolving. It’s a process of discovering my own abilities and shaping a personal style.
What would you do with $25,000?I am currently working on a project titled O’Canada, where I travel from coast to coast, documenting the beauty of the landscape and the richness of Canada’s diverse cultures. Through this project, I aim to capture both the vastness of the land and the unique stories found within each community. Having already traveled to more than five provinces without external funding, I’ve remained committed to this vision through my own means. Receiving $25,000 would significantly support the journey.
