I love to create art that tells a story. I believe stories are such a large part of being human. In the present we must re-find humanity.

I love to create art centered on raw human emotion and complex feelings. I often find it hard to decipher my feelings and thoughts even with simple experiences. Sometimes it is easier to express these things abstractly through art. This practice is a great way to vent and put your complex emotion into something as opposed to holding it in.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from my life and the lives of those around me. Complex, mysterious, and beautiful emotions occur everyday, even in mundane scenarios. Sometimes I find those emotions in animals and plants. It all ties back to stories. Sometimes I tie inanimate objects into a narrative of emotion. Other times my art can be very simple. Sometimes a flower just looks happy.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the money to pay back my parents who have supported me through college. They’ve sacrificed so much for me and it’s my dream to pay them back one day.
