Art is my soul’s romantic language; a bridge between shadow and light where I perform the alchemy of turning pain into a sacred sanctuary.

What is your favorite type of art to create?

My expression is fluid; I refuse to stay within the lines of a single discipline. I am a painter, a poet, and a singer, weaving together the rhythm of words and the depth of visual sketches. I am also a furniture artist, physically anchoring beauty into my children’s sanctuary by reviving the forgotten. My favorite “medium” is the atmosphere itself…transforming our home into a living gallery where every object breathes with a romantic pulse, making the unseen seen.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in the rawest parts of the human experience: the weight of pain, the vulnerability of a broken heart, and the resilience of a wounded soul. I am drawn to the quiet optimism of a vintage piece that needs life breathed into it once more. Yet, my five children are my true Magnum Opus; everything else I create pails in comparison. I create to transmute my deepest shadows into a vibrant, living legacy of love for them.

What would you do with $25,000?

The first thing I would do is breathe. As a single mother completing school after rebuilding from the bottom, I would finally be able to buy groceries for me and the three of five kids I still have at home. It would be the exhale after a long survival…the simple, sacred security of a full table. This is the bridge toward the sanctuary my children deserve.. a way to finally move past the years of lack and anchor our lives in a legacy of peace and stability.
