My favorite art to create is abstract portraits that blend the lines between figure and foreground with a focus on nature. My work examines objects like flowers and their shapes/relationships, creating negative space illuminating personality and human figures. My work reminds us that there is no separation of human and nature, we are mirrored images.
Where do you find inspiration?I am inspired daily by the handiwork of the creator. I see His finger prints throughout the natural world and I am in awe of the patterns He he has left behind for us to discover.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use this money to open my art studio and help provide a space for young artists to find their style and voice.
