I create figurative work—mostly female figures that become something else. Not portraits, but presences. I move between realism and distortion, searching for what hides beneath the surface: tension, silence, fragility, and force.
Where do you find inspiration?In what disturbs me. In memory that won’t fade. In absence, in distance, in what I can’t fix. I’m drawn to the space between beauty and decay—where something breaks, and something else begins to exist.
