I create art to process life, capture the people and moments around me, and turn real emotion into something others can feel.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to create oil paintings and charcoal drawings, especially portraiture. I’m drawn to capturing people and the emotions they carry, because I believe everyone has a story worth telling through art.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the people around me, especially my family, and in everyday moments that hold deeper meaning. I’m inspired by emotion, memory, and the quiet details of life that often go unnoticed but say so much.
What would you do with $25,000?I would give back to my family, as they have supported me my entire life and are a major source of inspiration for my work. I would also invest in my art practice by building a stronger studio, purchasing materials, and creating a cohesive body of work. Additionally, I would continue growing my baking business, as it allows me to share creativity in another form and connect with people through what I make.
