Photography and how it captures what the natural eye cannot. Constantly moving and taking in a scene, photography allows one to slow down and appreciate what’s around forever. Being the one to help people remember a place in time is what makes it worth it.
Where do you find inspiration?My friends, family, and colleagues. By encouraging me to build on my academics, my art is what pushes me to do more. By studying Art History I was exposed to many different artists and the movements they were involved in, continuing my passion to discover more people and share them with others in hopes they’ve just found their new favourite place or person!
What would you do with $25,000?I would travel to as many places as possible. $25,000 would allow me to bring back my experiences with the people I make connections with. $25,000 would make the opportunities of a life time come true. By discovering the “authentic” side to cities and moving to the rhythms of busy streets where people call it their home, this is what I’d like to capture. Also allowing me to continue discovering residency opportunities to bring cultures together, how people love, laugh, and live around the world.
