I love creating art because it invites a deep conversation within yourself. It creates an unspoken connection for every person.

I love creating with oil paint. I guess because it is a medium that has been around for centuries. I like to call oil painting a “timeless” medium. It is archival, versatile in its own way, and can provide many different textures depending on the user. I feel it mirrors my soul. An adequate tool to reflect a part of me on a surface.
Where do you find inspiration?Anywhere that involves nature. There are, however, many times where I draw inspiration from my dreams or in a state of dream-like stupor before falling asleep.
What would you do with $25,000?Truthfully, money is not what I am doing this for. I want to test more of myself, continue seeking reasons to create art, and simply try to connect with nature and people of all backgrounds and stories.
