Oil pastels are a favorite. Everything is a canvas. I think each creation process evokes an emotional experience that is unique only to that specific piece and can never be replicated the same, even if attempted. So I try to connect with people. I’m also a singer/ songwriter. A different art but still art. I create art that is different. Art that questions society and its rules. And/ or sometimes art that simply catches the beauty of its subject. Art that inspires. Art that tells a story.
Where do you find inspiration?Everything and anything( visible to us or not) is a portal to inspiration. While I sometimes use common themes or patterns repeatedly, I consider my style undefined. I like to leave people wondering what the next one will be. I also do enjoy spending time checking what other artists are creating.
What would you do with $25,000?This is a big amount of money for anyone, so I would first feel truly appreciative. At the moment this money would be savings for a vehicle. I correctly work 2 jobs, one which I bike an hour to and from, so solutions for transportation are key for my wife and I. I have 4 songs currently on Spotify, so recording new music is also a personal goal. And of course invest more in art products and or my clothing line. Miracles do happen everyday, so I will keep believing :)
