I create art to build rhythm out of everyday materials, turning sound and memories into something I can feel or see.

My favorite type of art to create is sculpture-based artwork that engages with light, color, and rhythm. I love pouring resin into translucent rhythm bodies and arranging them into clusters of objects or shapes.
Where do you find inspiration?I get a lot of inspiration from pop music and concert performances. I love turning the feeling of a live show into something special that is lights, color and sound that can create a beautiful resin sculptures. When I pour these resin layers, it’s like building my own little stage that can become a physical rhythm bodies you can walk around.
What would you do with $25,000?If I had $25,000, I’d invest in my own studio practice and future stability. I’d upgrade my tools and materials to scale up my portfolio and showing them in more gallery opportunities. I’d also put part of it toward savings for life after graduation, so I can keep making art while building a more secure future.
