My favorite types are a shifting landscape. My compass has no permanent “North”—it rotates as the Muses and Furies call— navigating minimalism, primitivism, Dadaism, naïve expressionism, and fractalism. I’m the steward of this rotating horizon, capturing elements in my private vision before the needle moves. Each piece is an admixture of compass points collapsed into a singularity trembling toward a new truth. I paint and draw to capture and preserve my thoughts with integrity.
Where do you find inspiration?Early on, I was heavily influenced by Picasso, Dada, cave paintings, and fractals. I view my practice now as a world-building exercise— each is a window into my personal internal landscapes. My work is drawn from a carefully curated archive of moments, environments, and narratives.
What would you do with $25,000?While I recover from the long-term effects Stage 3 Lyme Disease, I’ll use the money as a strategic recovery fund to ensure professional and personal stability. First, I will allocate funds to settle outstanding liabilities, eliminating the financial burdens that hinder my creative output. Second, I will invest in more tools— high-quality studio and digital equipment. These tools are the foundation I need to keep producing work as a professional artist.
