These are some pictures that were taken during a recording session I was apart of for an album I am working on.

Despite submitting photography I’m really just a musician. I’m a student studying music at Macewan university. I was working on an album I intend on releasing and I invited a friend of mine to use my old film camera that I found in my grandfather’s basement to take some pictures. The thing I like about film photography is the limitation in what I can create and control, I point the camera at something I feel a connection too and hope it turn out the way I envisioned it.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the feeling of accomplishment. In music I constantly chase the feeling of accomplishment I feel when I complete a transaction or finish writing a song. In photography it’s seeing the images after they’ve been developed. It’s stepping back and seeing or hearing whatever the final product is and knowing that I created that.
What would you do with $25,000?All my life I’ve wanted to become a studio session musician. I would use the money to move to Nashville and finance my life until I became known in the scene and become a session musician.
