Painting is the most reliable way for me to process my emotions. At the easel I'm the gatekeeper of my own destiny
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Abstract realistic oil painting portraits of wild animals. It's kind of funny, me trying to win title of Peoples Artist, when what I create is art that can function as a friendly connection for people who don't do people.
Where do you find inspiration?Native American mythology, and my own time spent in nature
What would you do with $25,000?Probably spend a little too much at Blick! Large canvases, fancy oil paint colors, and fancy brushes! I'd try to use most of it to pay down my credit card debt. The credit has been keeping me afloat since I went full time with my art 3 years ago, but the interest is starting to weigh me down. Without those bills in the way I'd be able to keep creating with out worrying about losing my house. With my body failing as it is, painting is the only thing I can still do that brings money for my family.
