I create art to turn imagination, memory, and fear into worlds people can feel, explore, and remember.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art is cinematic visual storytelling, especially worlds, creatures, environments, and images that feel like they belong to a larger myth. I love creating art that combines film, concept design, atmosphere, light, and emotion. Horror and science fiction are especially powerful for me because they allow me to explore mystery, fear, beauty, and the unknown in a visual way.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in cinema, folklore, ancient cultures, architecture, nature, dreams, and the strange details of everyday life. I am drawn to stories that feel mysterious, sacred, or unsettling, especially when they connect with human emotions. I also find inspiration in my own journey through visual effects, games, and filmmaking, and in the idea of building worlds that feel both impossible and real.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to develop and produce original cinematic artwork connected to my film and worldbuilding projects. The funds would help create concept art, creature designs, keyframes, pitch materials, and visual development pieces that can support larger film and storytelling opportunities. My goal would be to turn strong ideas into powerful images that can open doors for future productions.
