I create to turn chaos into meaning, to heal, and leave something real behind, something my son can feel.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create across mediums—music, visual art, fabrication—anything that lets me translate emotion into something tangible. My work lives at the intersection of chaos and structure, where sound, texture, and form become a language. Whether it’s building something physical or producing music, I’m drawn to art that feels immersive, raw, and deeply human—something you don’t just see or hear, but feel.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in real life—the struggle, the rebuilding, the quiet moments in between. Recently, a lot of it has come from being a father. My son reminds me that creation isn’t just what we make with our hands, but who we shape over time. I’m inspired by contrast—light and dark, chaos and calm—and the idea that something meaningful can come out of even the hardest seasons.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d invest in my creative work to grow a sustainable path—expanding my art so I can provide more opportunities. But at the heart of it all, I’d set part aside for my son’s education. My art and life are intertwined, and this would help us both grow.
