I enjoy creating in 3-D. I am most interested in pottery and alternative firing techniques such as Saggar, horsehair, copper matte and using soluble salts. Chemistry and fire play so well with clay.
Where do you find inspiration?Nature, definitely nature. I use plants of all kinds and natural elements to "paint" my Saggar pottery pieces.
What would you do with $25,000?I have many artist friends that struggle to make ends meet. I would distribute all of it accordingly.
