Where do you find inspiration?Local music. I follow and accompany local musicians and draw portraits of there performances in compressed charcoal on newsprint. Also comic book illustration is a huge inspiration I draw from. Artists like Sam Keith and Simon Biesly . Surf and skateboarding culture, graffiti and graphics art!
What would you do with $25,000?I would settle some debt, and invest my time and energy into programs like Art quest and the local scene. Open up my own class’s for clothed figure drawing and dynamic drawing in a real art school environment where I’d like to teach disadvantaged artists at no charge.
