Art has taught me to create healthy boundaries, both in life and on canvas, and that you can turn something bad into something beautiful.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I like to use acrylic on canvas, typically but I also love to find objects that people have discarded as trash and turn them into works of art.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in nature often-the beautiful oranges and pinks found in sunsets, or the striking colors of wildflowers, and the situations I have been through in my life that may have been painful can serve as inspiration to paint something beautiful!
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the money to further my outreach, so my art can continue to help others heal. I would like to attend a school of arts to help me learn more about how art can be beneficial in therapy.
