Surreal, dreamlike, poetic collages of cartoon like storytelling imagery. My work is not premeditated. It is very much an instinct, full of express expression. I explore the images and shapes that come out of the end of my pen, like watching clouds and shapes appear right before my eyes. I’ve always believed that there are no mistakes but opportunities, no matter what shape or image evolves.
Where do you find inspiration?I often find inspiration in shapes…the bark of a tree or just a feeling. Looking at the way water dries on concrete, rocks the formation of rock or mountain sides. In every bit of creation around me speaks with inspiration. Everything is in inspiration lol
