Having explored many different disciplines within painting over the years I’d have to say my absolute favorite toe of art to create is the kind that’s going to force the viewer to think and ask themselves what it is their looking, what does it mean, how does it make them feel, and why did the artist choose to create such a piece? So for me that be surrealism, abstract portraits, to Impressionism.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration is such a beautiful thing as it can come from just about anywhere and anytime for me. I tend to draw inspiration from everyday life, nature, and my own personal life’s experiences.
What would you do with $25,000?This amount of money would change my life in so many ways, so I would seek to invest it into my craft. Supplies to create art are at an all time high and I’ve always wanted to create large pieces and projects on large canvasses. So I’d use it to buy the supplies I need to create more. I’d also use it to help young artists find their voices within art or whatever they find to be therapeutic artistically by opening a creative space for troubled youth to come and express themselves with art.
