Self expression comes in many forms. Whether it be with words, creating a poem or lyrics to a song. A color pallet of paint on a canvas or with fabric to create a quilt. I believe my favorite type of art is composing music with the piano.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration comes from an emotional attachment with people. Crocheting a beanie my great grandson ask me to create that looked like the Grinch or my granddaughter asking me to create a baby quilt for our friends baby arrival. Creation is a form of love that one can see, where love from the heart is only felt unless created into something.
What would you do with $25,000?Advance my creation of Art in a song further. A childs song turned into a book. Each song composed is about someone i love. A Sea Captain or a babies lullaby. Expression of Love. Buy more fabric to create more quilts. Continue expressing love.
