I create to capture fleeting emotion and transform lived moments into layered works that spark dialogue and reimagine memory.

I work across two distinct bodies of work. My collages and mixed-media pieces layer cultural fragments (magazines, language, texture) to explore memory and identity. In parallel, my digital photography compositions merge painted canvases and Champagne bottles into a single image, creating depth and transforming a sensory experience into a visual one.
Where do you find inspiration?Being born in the Champagne region of France and having lived in New York for over a decade, I’m drawn to contrasts: French heritage versus American energy, Manhattan’s intensity versus the Hamptons’ stillness. I explore the dialogue between past and present, translating these contrasts into visual expression. Through my work, I convey emotion, movement and a sense of celebration using color and composition.
What would you do with $25,000?I would produce a new body of work and present it through a curated exhibition in New York, bringing my practice to a wider audience. The project would combine my collage and digital photography series into a cohesive, immersive experience. A portion of the funding would support collaborating with and compensating emerging artists, expanding the dialogue between art, culture and community.
