My favorite type of work to create has me laughing and playfully creating styles that are engrained into our cultures through style choices in clothing and character. Geographically connecting animals in their natural environment and arranged in a way that is both humorous and inspiring; nostalgic and heartfelt. If I don’t take myself too serious the work comes from a pure space of joy that is easily felt by others and uplifting to our spirits.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration often comes in waves as flashes of pictures from moments of joy and laughter. Style and comfort elegantly juxtaposed into a mash up of whimsy that is uplifting, thought provoking, and invoking happiness and pleasure.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the funding to travel to Japan with my family in search of new experiences in culinary delights, new styles and immersive culture to enrich the souls and revitalize our imaginations.
