I create art out of forgotten pieces, I see art in everything and I think there is so much beauty in items of the past especially vintage .

Receive Text UpdatesMy favorite type of art to create is the kind that makes you not be able to sleep at night. When you get an idea and it’s all you can think about. I really enjoy breaking apart old costume jewelry and collecting very old unique vintage frames and each and every time the piece comes together just by the colors of jewelry or shape and the frame all come together. All types of art is my favorite. I love to draw, paint, crochet, designing fashion and making jewelry. There is so much art I love.
Where do you find inspiration? My biggest inspiration is my great Aunt Flo, she was an incredible artist , bead worker , painter, seamstress , and a professional woman. My husband and 4 daughters are also my biggest inspiration, not only do they support me they all have so much artistic talent in them in different ways. I also often find inspiration out of beautifully crafted items I find in antique stores where ever I travel, and broken or thrown away items, I see art in all things especially the forgotten or broken items.
What would you do with $25,000?What I would do with the 25,000 is because my husband decided to take the plunge with me and stop working a regular job , which he has been the most amazing provider for our family I would put it towards growing our art business so we can continue to inspire young artists to put there work out there and to know you can make a living creating art and following your dreams. I would also like to help pay for my daughter’s wedding and be able to help them a little financially.
