Sculpting babies from clay is my passion! I love sculpting babies out of clay, molding the sculptures, and casting the pieces into silicone! I then paint them, hand root hair, open the eyes, etc.!!! I love to create realism in each piece! The more realistic… the more I love the piece! I would love to sculpt all day if I could!
Where do you find inspiration?For some reason I’ve always loved babies, I mean they are freakin cute, lol! To keep me busy when I was little my mom would hand me a catalogue and tell me to cut out the babies! I would sit and cut the cute little pictures excitedly, lol! I always had a line up of dolls at the foot of my bed as a child too! I could never leave one out, even if they weren’t so cute! ? If I had such a realistic doll when I was little as the dolls I create now….i would have been in heaven, lol!
What would you do with $25,000?I will pay off a few bills and then use the rest towards traveling to various doll shows around the US! I would love to meet other sculptors that create dolls, like myself, and show my work to more people in person! This is my dream!! (I have this on my manifestation board, lol!) I would love to hang out and meet new people at these shows! I’m so excited for this opportunity! Thank you all so much! I’ll keep going, and working hard to reach my dreams! Jenny ♥️
