I paint to capture light, movement, and emotion—telling stories of resilience, transformation, and the human spirit through color and form.

I love creating figurative and expressive landscape paintings that explore light, movement, and the human spirit. I’m drawn to subjects that suggest transformation—dancers, dreamlike landscapes, moments of reflection, and people rising through difficulty into strength. I enjoy blending realism with imagination so the work feels both familiar and poetic.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in light first—how it changes a room, a landscape, or a face. I’m also inspired by resilience, personal growth, music, nature, and the quiet strength people carry through difficult seasons. Everyday moments often become symbolic in my work. I’m interested in what makes us unique, what gives us hope, and what connects us.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use $25,000 to expand my studio and create a new works based on transformation, hope, and connection. It would allow me to invest in materials, larger canvases, framing, and professional marketing, while giving me time to paint consistently. I would also use part of it to exhibit in larger galleries and to build a larger online audience.
