I love photography because it captures feeling, not just images I want people to experience emotion not just see with their eyes
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite art to create is photography that captures real emotion. I like taking everyday moments and turning them into something that actually makes you feel something. I’m also into short films and videography, just telling stories in a more real, natural way. For me it’s never just about how it looks, it’s about how it hits.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my great grandma who recently passed at 94. She was all about communication and love, always bringing people together and making everyone feel heard. That stays with me and pushes me to create work that connects with people on a real level. I try to carry that same energy into everything I make.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d use $25K to really bet on myself, upgrade my gear, shoot more creative projects, and build a portfolio I’m proud of. I’d put money into learning, marketing, and meeting the right people, and even start my own production company. Just taking what I already love and pushing it to a level where it actually turns into something real.
