Watercolor painting is my first love. I drift between acrylic, charcoal. Each one offers a different kind of voice, but none of them define me on their own. What truly ignites me is the birth of an idea—that quiet, electric moment when something unseen begins to take shape and asks to be explored. It’s a kind of pull I can’t ignore. From there, my work becomes a conversation between vision and possibility,
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration finds me in many places, but it often begins with curiosity—through research, through tracing the threads of history, and uncovering the layers that shape the world around us. I’m drawn to the stories embedded in society, the quiet details that reveal how people have lived, struggled, and imagined before us. Museums feel like a kind of sanctuary for that exploration, where time folds in on itself and every piece carries a voice waiting to be heard.
What would you do with $25,000?If given $25,000, I would book a trip to Egypt and sketch and study and photograph to build a library of inspiration in reference. I would buy a tiny home and convert to a studio. I imagine a tiny home Creative studio loft. Aka The lab where I can fully immerse myself in my art and create bodies of work based on my Egypt trip
