Definitely street/graffiti art. I deeply respect Hip Hop culture in all its forms. As a dancer, I’ve been very lucky to train and learn from pioneers of Hip Hop. Learning from the roots and being able to be around these masters gave me a deeper understanding of Hip Hop history from its core. Hip Hop has been a huge part of my life and inspired me my whole life. I’m forever grateful for it. I will keep exploring it, being committed to it, staying connected to it and above all, respecting it.
Where do you find inspiration?I live in NYC. I get inspired every day walking in the streets of this incredible city so diverse, multicultural, artsy, full of opportunities and endless energy! The concrete jungle where dreams are made of is my own playground in my brain and spirit during my creation process.
What would you do with $25,000?It would literally be life changing! I would be able to lower my hours at my side job to put my entire energy and focus into my art without sacrificing financial stability, which would be a dream come true. I would also be able to organize more pop up shows between NYC and Switzerland where I am originally from and even start showing my work in new cities around the world.
