I draw to remember that life is still luminous, that love remains unbroken & that hope can bloom even in the darkest & most painful places.

All mediums attract me, I’ve enjoyed as many as I could throughout my lifetime. I’m physically limited now, so I’ve grown 2love creating digital pieces. Digitally creating helps me get through pain & express my heart as I lose my life 2a painful, cruel disease. I can create from bed without making a wonderful mess, bittersweet. I was known decades ago 4 my paint covered apparel worn by cool cats worldwide. Bill Cunningham even shot 1 of my jackets in NYC, he told me, keep up the good work Kiddo!
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration originates from above & deep within the heart & works its way outward, intentionally or surprisingly. You’ll see my heart in every piece if you spend time with em. I’m compelled 2 create from vibes, visions. My imagination is fun & pain can b a driver Music tops my inspiration list, holding hands with God, my beautiful children, these are my true loves, my strength & joy, heartfull. Artists like L$P w/ fearless vision, who shape our world 4 good, forward.
What would you do with $25,000?Before I go, it would mean everything to help my kids put a down payment on a home so they would have a place to feel safe, 2 feel our family & keep creating. I’d like to pay back some of the kind people who’ve selflessly given when I needed a helping hand. Pay Uncle Sam his due. I always hoped that my art would help provide for my family but that notion has been hit and miss, the material rewards aren’t lasting. Art is not about material rewards! Tho if you can play & pay the bills, well, yay!
