I live in the space between and the art runs through me, through photography, paint, or any media I can touch.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite art to create is emotionally charged mixed-media work blending texture, fluidity, experimentation, and storytelling into something grounded yet dreamlike. I’m happiest discovering rather than replicating, letting materials behave unpredictably as photography and paint begin “talking” to each other. My work feels alive, intuitive, and layered with atmosphere, more like an alchemy table in a forest cabin than a perfectly controlled studio.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in nature, emotion, texture, transformation, and the imperfect beauty of layered experiences. Forests, water, storms, light, forgotten details, photography, and intuitive experimentation all influence my work. I’m inspired by the spaces where creativity, humanity, and unpredictability meet, allowing materials, emotion, and story to evolve together naturally.
What would you do with $25,000?Create, travel, then create more. Creating an artist travel retreat where we can inspire and creatively grow together would be amazing.
