I love creating pieces that make people stop and wonder if it’s a photograph or drawing. Photorealism is my passion and I love to push myself and learn.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration as I watch other artist online and going to galleries. I also find inspiration from my students as a high school special education teacher. I also find inspiration through my own experiences and from my original photos of people in my life and their stories. My work is personal and my way of creating photojournalism through my works of art. I try to capture the energy and heart behind every person I draw and tell their story through a moment in time the way I see it.
What would you do with $25,000?Oh wow! I would make my dream come true and open a gallery where I would hire special needs adults and create an atmosphere of love and watching dreams come true! I would also travel and find new inspiration from new encounters and people I meet and photograph. The possibilities are endless!
