Abstract paintings are my favorite type of art to create as they provide different ways of looking at an object or landscape. By blurring, shading, blocking, fragmentation or other methods, the object or landscape is transformed and that provides new information about it. I consider it a fun adventure and feel a bit like a mad scientist/detective in the process.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere! Nature, cityscapes, animals, people, everyday life. Inspiration is all around us.
What would you do with $25,000?I would apply to graduate school for my Masters degree in Art.
