Connect What is your favorite type of art to create?

I create abstract mixed media paintings, but my favorite work lives at the intersection of art and experience. Through my “Invisible Line: Live” performances, I paint in real time—sometimes suspended upside down—using gravity, movement, and music to capture a moment that can never be repeated. Each piece becomes a fingerprint of a unique collision between control and chaos.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in the tension between chaos and control—both in nature and within myself. In movement, music, discipline, and the moments where things almost fall apart but don’t. My work is a reflection of that edge—where transformation happens. It’s less about searching for ideas, and more about paying attention to what’s already there.

What would you do with $25,000?

I would use the funding to scale both the creation and impact of my work. A portion would go toward completing and publishing The Art of Freedom, a book centered on discipline, transformation, and self-mastery. The rest would support expanding The Invisible Line: Live—developing the performance, documenting it at a high level, and bringing it to larger audiences. The goal is to turn the work into something people don’t just see, but experience and carry with them.
