My work is a gift back to my mother. I used peonies to line her path into the thicket (Alzheimer’s) but soon noted, she was the peonies.

Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration is found in my daily life in supernatural British Columbia. Everything from flower gardens, wildlife in the rain forests surrounding my home, to the endless love of my beloved mother.
What would you do with $25,000?If I am honoured with this life changing prize, I would invest in a vehicle that is big enough to transport my paintings. My Jeep is wonderful but it’s too small. With the sale of my Jeep and this prize money I could get a used bigger vehicle. Suburban? Tahoe? Help!
