I’ve gravitated towards art since I was a baby. It means everything to me, I love creating. If I was a flower, art would be my rain.

Paintings are my favorite to create, only because it felt so foreign when I first started. My grandma would paint and after she passed all we had were a bunch of paintings. I found it so powerful how her soul combined with exactly how she was feeling at the time was embedded into each canvas.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration within my life, every time I create something it captures how I was feeling. Each stroke of a paint brush, every marker streak, they all contain a piece of myself. My daughter shows me how important it is to translate raw emotion into my creative process. That’s what makes everybody unique, and why there is no good or bad, only art.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d be able to properly take care of my 6 year old daughter, she’s really the reason I do this. Surprise her with whatever she’s been missing out on. I’d share with my family who’s dealt with my shenanigans with very little to show for it. I’d invest back into myself, and paint a bunch of amazing paintings. I’d probably even get myself a small car to get back on my feet. The money would be life changing but im more thankful for the opportunity to share my art. And create.
