I make kiln-formed art glass using a process that I refined during COVID. As far as I know, I am the only person making this kind of glass in the ways that I am. I have not seen my style anywhere.
Where do you find inspiration?I see organic shapes in nature, and there is a perfection there that is difficult to replicate. I try to use the glasses' native attributes to form shapes naturally, whilst still controlling the process to give my envisioned outcomes.
What would you do with $25,000?buy a sandblaster so that I dont have to schlep all the way to Pasedena
