Quiet mind, steady hand, Lost within the rhythm’s land. Time dissolves, the ego flies, Where the perfect focus lies.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
The nozzle dances, hot and bright, To build the layers through the night. From G-code sparks a plastic flow, As infill helps the sculpture grow. No heavy stone or messy clay, Just PLA in grand display. With overhangs that defy the air, A digital dream is standing there.
Where do you find inspiration?I sought the spark within my name, A hollow light, a selfish flame. I built a monument to pride, With nowhere for my soul to hide. But vanity is a shallow tide, Now cast away and pushed aside. My focus shifted to their eyes, Where true and selfless wonder lies. I find my strength in their small hands, Beyond the reach of my demands. The greatest joy I've ever known Is seeing how my world has grown.
What would you do with $25,000?My gears are grinding, belts are frayed, My oldest printers start to fade. The extruders clog, the beds won't heat, While this cheap laptop tastes defeat. It lags and stutters, screen is dim, My printing hopes are looking grim. I need some cash for fresh machines, To build the world within my dreams. A faster chip, a sturdy frame, To save me from this hardware shame.
