I’m most drawn to creating multidisciplinary work between painting, photography, sculptural elements and occasionally the merging of them all. Art rooted in observation, texture, and human experience. I’m pulled toward moments that feel both real and surreal, where light, labor, and memory intersect. Whether through thick material or quiet imagery, I create to explore connection, existence, and the emotional weight of everyday life.

My main source of inspiration comes from observing people and the quiet rhythms of everyday life—labor, routine, and fleeting human moments. I’m drawn to how environments shape experience, from coastal landscapes to dense city streets. Travel, memory, and cultural intersections fuel my work, revealing how deeply connected we all are beneath surface differences.

If awarded the $25,000, I would reinvest it directly into my practice to expand the scale and depth of my work. It would support the creation of new multidisciplinary pieces, fund travel for research and documentation, and allow me to produce books and limited editions. More importantly, it would give me the time and stability to focus fully on creating, refining my voice, and sharing work that reflects human connection and lived experience.
