I create art for meditation and release—it quiets my mind, restores balance, and allows me to express freely.

Abstract art is my favorite to create—it’s my meditation. After a severe injury left me unable to walk for four years, I turned to painting to cope. It allows me to forget, release, and quiet my mind. What began as survival became passion—each piece reflects resilience, healing, and the freedom I found through art.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in everyday moments—light, movement, nature, and emotion. It comes from quiet reflection, life’s highs and lows, and the energy around me. Sometimes it’s a feeling I can’t explain, just something I need to release. My work isn’t planned—it flows naturally, guided by instinct, mood, and the world I experience around me.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would reinvest it into my art—upgrading materials, expanding my work, and securing a dedicated studio space. I would also use it to share art as meditation with others going through difficult times, creating a space where people can release, heal, and express themselves through creativity. Art is such a great way to release stress and anxiety
