I love painting portraits that dignify the humanity in every subject. I believe in the beauty of the natural, flawed, imperfect.

Drawing and Painting.
Where do you find inspiration?I’m inspired by the beauty of real, imperfect human faces. In New York City, inspiration is everywhere—subways, restaurants, parks—everyday people in unguarded moments.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to create the conditions to fully commit to my work as a painter. Part would relieve financial pressure, allowing me to focus more deeply. The rest would be invested in my practice: building a professional website, continuing my training through painting courses, and upgrading my studio with proper lighting, electrical improvements, and essential materials. I would also invest in museum study, as my work is rooted in a dialogue with the great painters of the past.
