I create to explore perception, to turn light and form into experience, and to feel fully present in the act of becoming.

Receive Text UpdatesI create layered geometric works that respond to light and viewer movement, producing shifting visual experiences. My focus is on the tension between precision and perception, where controlled structures dissolve into vibration and change. Recently, I integrate text as both meaning and form, allowing language to function visually while exploring perception, duality, and the fluid nature of reality.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in perception itself, in how reality shifts through light, movement, and awareness. I am drawn to the tension between opposites such as order and chaos, clarity and ambiguity. Influences come from nature, architecture, and philosophy, especially ideas about how observation shapes experience. I also find inspiration in language, where meaning can dissolve into pattern and form.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in expanding my studio capabilities and advancing new work. This includes materials, fabrication tools, and technical experimentation with light, layering, and text based structures. I would also allocate resources to documentation and presentation, ensuring the work is experienced at its full potential and reaches a wider audience through exhibitions and strategic opportunities.
