I love to create art that speaks, intuitive art from the spirit. As an illustrator, I’m motivated by words. As an artist, I’m motivated by the spirit. I use a mixed media of watercolor, ink, color pencil, objects, and digital to help reveal what the spirit wants to be seen. I also love to dabble in functional art and installations.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration by a mix of real life, and spiritual. People, nature, music, spirit, all the things that speaks to the senses.
What would you do with $25,000?With 25,000, I would give to non-profit organizations I stand with, and finally build my art gallery, studio that’s been on my heart for many, many years. My dream is to have a space where I can not only show and create work, but a place for community to join, classes to be held, meetings taking place, events happening, a place for people to come together. I am an artist of people’s hearts, so community and people are my main focus.
