I love creating art because it allows me to inhabit the space between what is seen and what is felt.

My favorite type of art to create exists in the space where abstraction and realism collide. I’m most drawn to mixed media works that let me build layered compositions.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from form—organic shapes, mechanical structures, and fragments of the human figure. Beyond that, it’s unpredictable; ideas can surface at any moment. I keep small travel sketchbooks with me at all times, so I can capture and develop concepts as soon as they emerge.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into expanding my practice, allowing time for deeper experimentation. It would also support essential living costs like food and housing, giving me the stability to focus fully on my work and continue developing it with intention.
