My favorite art to create is black and grey realism. I do have a tattoo style to my work as I am a tattoo artist. I don’t put myself in a box with a certain style , as I try a little of everything. But realism is my favorite of all.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration from things I’ve been through in my past. Growing up in a family that made a living off of painting and pushed me to develop my art at a young age. Also the hardships I faced later in life with addiction that took me to rock bottom.I always wanted to be in a tattoo studio but it wasn’t in the cards at that time. To eventually changing my life which after many years opened the door to now being able to do what I love for a living. art that lasts a lifetime in tattoos.
What would you do with $25,000?Honestly I would probably try and find a small building to buy so I no longer rent my studio. In the end that saves you so much and also you never have to worry about a place getting sold out from under you and having to leave. ( Kinda what happened to me at the studio I worked in before renting my own space).
